「Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.」

「Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. 「Great location. Easy check-in.」

「With a daughter attending William & Mary, we have a lot of opportunity to travel to Williamsburg, so for our last visit we decided to stay at the Rochambeau, having heard very good things about this retro-styled motel. 「We paid $300/night for two bedroom/2 bath unit. Unfortunately, the shower lever from the tub didn’t work and we did not have time to call maintenance to fix. But given our ages (all over 60), the manager should have known and not put us in that unit. Place was clean but decor a bit dated. Waste of money.」

「Front staff were very helpful. Room was clean and close to attractions.」

「Nice service and nice breakfast. 」

「Nice hotel surrounded by numerous food options. Close to colonial town and great for a stop off.」

「Clean, quiet, very large and comfortable space.」

「Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college.」

「Overall great experience」

「Very nice place. I would recoment to friends.」
