「Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. 「The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We stayed here for a couple night between moving houses and they helped store valuable items for us and were so friendly in the process. The splash pad and pool were great amenities for the kids. The staff was so friendly at the front desk and at breakfast!」

「Overall location was great staff friendly and polite. Upon checking I was given key card and off I went not knowing what direction to find elevator or rooms. Would like to see staff guide guests when checking in. Maybe oversight but should be part of standard check-in procedures. Aside from this minor issue I would definitely stay here again.」

「Had a great time at this resort. The pools were very nice, as were the hot tubs and saunas. We didn't have time to explore much as we were only there for one night, but we made full use of the amenities during that time. Would definitely stay again.」
