The hotel staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast! However, the hot tub was way too hot to use, and had a lot of floating debris in the water which was a shame since it was one of the main reasons why we booked at this hotel. Room was clean.

Staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind! We loved the atmosphere! Breakfast is available with buffet and made to order. Very attentive and the dining area is beautiful and elegant with comfy places to sit to eat! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool that was open 24/7!! We also enjoyed the luxury of having the bar and being able to bring our drinks back to our room since we have a little one! We will definitely be staying here again!! Our check in went really well. We were a little early and our room wasn't ready but they found an available room. The check in person did a great job. The hotel staff is very friendly. We ate the buffet breakfast and it was delicious, fresh & hot. They are pet friendly. We will be back.

Ms. Karen was great at the bar and ensured our dinner was hot and served in a timely manner. Ms. Delphine was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that breakfast was served and hot. Thank you to the cook and the entire staff for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was great!!! The only thing that could use improvement is the pool area. We were unable to use it because of dirty towels and trash left by the previous guest in the area from the prior day.
