「Amazing staff」

「Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

「The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

「The place is disgusting ! They have roaches , and they don’t even have face towels . The toilets are dirty and have orange crust on them . The rooms are non smoking rooms but smell like smoke and toileting problems . Staff are soooo rude and unhelpful. For some reason I got locked out of my room and my key card wouldn’t work the carpet is dishing but nothing was worse than the smell and roaches.」

We enjoyed playing air hockey, fooseball and chess. Stores and restaurants were really close. I went to Food Lion to get groceries to keep in the room. We had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Wr saved money by not always eating out. Colonial Williamsburg is just down the road. I would definitely stay here again.」
