「The room overall was very good.However, the shower had really weak flow. The TV had issues connecting both days we were there but I did see a sign stating they were upgrading their Internet. So maybe that was the issue.」

「First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). 「We checked in late, and the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. However, she could speak a little louder to make communication easier. 🙂 I would also suggest adding a soap holder in the shower, as our room did not have one.」

「Check in staff during the evening was great. Staff in the morning was rude. Not bed bugs but other bugs like moths and spiders in room and bed. Bathroom shower was not clean and neither were some of the blankets on the beds. Not sure if it was tbe humidity but with the AC blasting it still was hot and humid inside the room and smelled like pee :(. Breakfast was fine and appreciated.」
