Staff friendly. Room itself was fairly well furnished. Bathroom sink was semi clogged, toilet didn’t flush correctly and shower water pressure was quite bad.

The pictures of this property DO NOT actually represent the condition of the property. There were homeless people in the hallway eating. There were plenty of people going back and forth between the property next door that clearly weren’t staying at either. Appears to be in an unsafe part of town. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The shower was discusting. Dirty with an orange/brown shower mat that was supposed to be clear and missing also it was missing tiles. The floors were dirty. Paint was chipping off the walls. The chairs appeared to have been a scratching post for a cat with fabric missing. Parking is only on one side of the building. I didn’t feel safe leaving my wife there alone to go get food and I’m not a person who generally is worried about that type of thing. We ended up packing up and leaving within 15 minutes to find somewhere else to stay. If you are a single guy looking for somewhere to sleep, this will work. For a family I would definitely recommend somewhere else. Their rating of 7 or whatever it was has to be fake or paid for. Would not recommend.

I appreciated the staff who were helpful and accommodating. However the soap dispensers were difficult to use, especially the shower gel and we had to go to the office for toilet paper. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there. We were given first floor accommodations for our dogs. I would likely return.

Rooms were very rundown. Our first room had no heat. Our second room had no shampoo or tissues. The bathtub drained slowly, and the toilet was hard to flush. The door hardware was rusted. The towels were small and scratchy. I barely missed being hit with a bundle of dirty linens thrown off the second floor balcony by a maid. We had no maid service in our room during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet.

Our shower had so-so water pressure and the soap and shampoo dispensers put out very little of their contents with each button press. It was hard to get enough out to wash our hands or hair. After bringing it to the management, the handy man did fix it quickly, but it shouldn't have needed to be fixed in the first place. The room was not cozy.

Great hotel

Great stay as always. We come to this red roof Inn all the time when going to Williamsburg. The only reason I gave it a four out of five for the comfort was because the mattress needs replaced. Otherwise we were very happy.

We used to always stay at this facility but after this last stay we will not be back. There was bugs and the room smelled like old animal urine. This place used to be pretty clean and was a great deal for the amount you spend. The staff in the office was friendly and nice though.
There was multiple roaches we saw and the gnats were bad too.

The room was disgusting. Killed multiple roaches. The floor, bathroom, bedding, walls and surface areas were filthy. It wasn't one half clean- this was long time neglect. There was a dead wasp covered in hair and not sure what else in the middle of the floor. Mold all over bathroom. The shower curtain was mildewed and the bathtub and mat were nasty dirty. Did not eat breakfast because nothing was individually wrapped and afraid too after the condition of the room. Would have checked out immediately, but unable to do so. Message from "management " was stock answer that they would check into things, however, after reading multiple reviews- this has been an ongoing issue for quute a while. Fake 10/10 reviews to keep a "good" rating. Code enforcement should inspect this place. I have multiple pictures to corroborate my review. 1 niggt refunded, but they refused the other.
