Very nice and spacious hotel. Unfortunately the rooms facing the train line are noisy, otherwise great location and facilities.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Higashiguchi is conveniently located with few minutes of walking from Yokohama Station. Rooms are very clean and Double Beds was a bonus. Property is well maintained and staff is super helpful. Beck's Coffee Shop located in premises and Family Mart next to the hotel were very convenient. Highly recommended to both business travellers and tourists

For the price this hotel had all the conveniences. Within short distance from Yokohama Station and shopping and even a convenience store attached to the hotel. It’s about 30 minutes away from Tokyo, though still very convenient. It’s about 30 minutes to Haneda Airport and about 1 hour 45 minutes to Narita Airport. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.

Good location offering dining options, shopping and transport within bustling Yokohama station and Yokohama itself. Room size unfortunately very small and a struggle for two or more people. If there's an upsize, go for it.

Great place to stay
We had a lovely stay and were very pleased with the service. The ladies at the front desk helped us get a taxi when we checked out and they made sure we got one in time for us to check in to our flight. We will definitely be back.

Extremely convenient to use the Keikyu rail system and also all the others including JR and subways. The area has many attractions for shopping and eating. The room while on the small side was very comfortable. Be sure to store your luggage under the bed. Bad points are the laundry room is usually busy and the machines are good but longer than newer automatic washer dryers. Small load can take up to 1.5 hours to complete. The good points is it’s so close to Yokohama station and bay quarter mall. Also next up a family mart and 2 coffee shops (beck’s and probto) great cost effectiveness but booking is tight as their occupancy is good.

The hotel is next to the tracks of the station. The loud trains leaving or arriving every minute made it hard to sleep for much of the night.

This time there was a strong pungent smell of sewer emanating from the bathroom at night. The washing/dryer machines inside the laundry room need to be cleaned since they also smelled very badly if dirty water. These are the only thing holding you back from getting 5 stars. Good location and great staff!!

The property is not ideal for families with young kids. However, we were able to make do with it as we stayed only 1 night. Hotel was able to provide crib and bed guard. Hotel is near to Yokohama station. It has a convenience store at L1. Hotel room was clean but small. Able to open only 1 luggage at a time.

Railways are very close.
Rooms are on the smaller side. The cafe where breakfast was served can get very crowded at times, making it difficult to find a seat. Hotel is very close to the train station, with the rails being across the street. Could hear the trains passing.

It was very close to the main Yokohama train station. It was also close to several large malls/shopping centers with many dining options. A double room was well-sized and affordable.

Good location only 5 min walk from train station. We got off wrong exit for the first time, other then that no complaint, breakfast good, air conditioner good, will definitely stay again in future

I loved the fact that in the lobby you can take a razor, toothbrush and toothpaste, face wash, toner, and lots of other goodies every day. No need to take your face wash, soap, conditioner, body wash and other bathroom amenities since the lobby has them displayed for all patrons to take when needed. :)
