"forgot credit card at front desk at check in. was never notified while there. Drove an hour back to get card and was told they didnt have access to it. Called next day, card is now missing. Left cell and info (which they already had) and asked for manager to call me back asap. Never got a call. will never stay there again."

"This hotel is so much fun! From all the nautical touches to the kid entertainment and pool we really enjoyed ourselves. We also had a wonderful experience at the restaurant on the property, the clam chowder, rib eye and one drunk punch were Devine. "

"The breakfast was good. The heater in the room made a lot of noise and smelled. Otherwise it was close to Foxwoods. No pool which we were looking forward to but didn't really check into it when we booked it"

We couldn’t catch the shuttle so we missed are show at Foxwoods and then the TV would go on and off every so often and there was nothing in the room tissues, cups, liner for ice bucket, stains on sheets. Not good at all and they told us we could get our money back but we had to go through where we purchased the room. Still not HAPPY!!!"
