「What I DID NOT like was… I stayed in room 403 and on our balcony there is 1 huge flood light for the entire building and it’s hooked from our balcony and lights it up. Insects are attracted to the light, so not only are you blinded by it, you have bugs flying everywhere and its super bright on the balcony. 「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Room could have been cleaner… the ac unit was disgustingly dirty. No in-room coffee maker and the shower was awful. Shower head was handheld and the fixed holder for the handheld shower head was about 4 feet high on the wall. If you are over 4 feet you cannot take a proper shower. This room (120) should not be offered to guests until they install a proper shower and do some cleaning!」

「There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.」

「My room door would not even close all the way! Only by using the deadbolt was it able to lock. The clerk came down and forced the door shut in order to get the deadbolt to even work. ALSO, While checking for bedbugs, I saw that someone had likely vomited on the mattress cover and another cover was simply placed over it. I was totally disgusted. I expected more from a Wyndham property.」

「The room was beautiful but for the amount of money we payed it should have been more cleaner than it was. The amenities such as the pool was always full and no place to sit. The children were playing in the jacuzzi. There was a place for adults only but children overpopulated that as well. The bartender Kevin was great but the other bartender on Wednesday was horrible. He was rude and let it be known he was rude. The beds were like laying on bricks and you could hear children very loudly running...

「The property is very run down, dirty and grounds had scattered trash. The high pitched/ rumbling constant airplane traffic noise was over the top. Room was small and bathroom was beyond tiny. Food at the restaurants was poor. Property did not feel safe. I’m always satisfied with Hilton properties except this one. Me and my family will never return to this site.」
