"I love the layout of the place. Room with twin beds was not made up. I made the reservation on a Tuesday, 5 days before the trip, called to try and cancel within 3 hours of making the reservation ( due to a person getting sick) and was told I could cancel with no refund no matter what the reason was. I think this should have been noted prior to making the reservation. With Covid being so severe there should be a little more understanding about the need to cancel. I would prefer to stay somewhere...

"It is my favorite place to stay when I have a trip early in the morning. I can hang out the night before and park in the airport lot and resting enough without being worried about morning traffic or parking options, just take the elevator and go straight to the gate. Love it."

"Great hotel if you want something for the kids to do and you just want to relax. Lots of life gaurds in the water park, everyone is very nice, lots of seating and shade. Food on property, smoking area, games and movies. Worth the stay"
