In an emergency type situation I was able to get rooms extremely fast and my family of 13 checked in within 2 hours (this includes carrying luggage for that family up and down 6 flights of stairs) I can not say enough good things about how amazing the staff was at getting us taken care of. We are a family of 6 (4 kids) so we definitely need the larger space to stay and it was exactly what we needed.
