「The hotel in general is okay. However, I stayed there for 8 nights, and breakfast was the same each morning. Also, tooth brush, toothpaste, shaver, comb etc were not provided. While it is good for the environment, it would be inconvenient for visitors like me who was there for business.」

「This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I...

「要注意一下，整個園區內有多家飯店，我們跑錯停車場後，跑錯櫃檯，才發現自己去到同園區內的不同飯店。 整體都非常不錯，但希望招牌」

「The staff was amazing! The location was great. The cooked-to-order breakfast was wonderful. Tell them Tim sent you.」

「very good very nice」

「Our favorite hotel in Cape Town. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel--and I've traveled a lot! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We always feel so at home here. Love it!」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」

「The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious.」

「酒店可以見到桌山，附近碼頭景色漂亮，步行去V&A wharf shopping mall非常方便。」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「This hotel is absolutely stunning and easily one of the most beautiful places we had the chance to stay at during our trip to South Africa. The property and grounds are gorgeous, but what made our stay even more special was the staff, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive, and kind. We were celebrating our honeymoon and were so thoughtfully treated to a room upgrade, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates, and so many other lovely little touches throughout our stay. It truly made...
