「We stayed for five days for a wedding and traveling around Richmond, DC. The hotel was nice and the staff was always helpful. The elevator was the only thing I didn’t like. I always felt like we were going to get stuck, it made a loud noise and kind of freaked me out. Other than that, the hotel was great. Literally the most comfortable beds, bedding and pillows ever!」

「This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.」

「TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done.」

「good」

「Everything was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. If you need a super cold room to sleep, consider bringing a fan. The building is brick and wasn't built with air conditioning, so they are limited on where they can install the individual units. It worked fine, but its location limited air flow a little. Not really any fault of their own. Breakfast was great as well.」

「Room was great. Separate bathroom and bedroom off the Kitchen/Living Room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities.」

「不喜欢住一楼，却还是安排在一楼，哎」
