「這間旅館非常地吵，讓人整夜都無法入睡，不只樓下有酒吧，他們還在旅館中間設置卡拉ok，且房間毫無隔音設備，我住了2晚都有人唱歌唱到2：00PM，幾乎整個旅館都可以非常清楚聽到他們大聲唱歌，且旅館早上7：00AM又開始裝修，所以說住在他們旅館的房客機乎整晚都不得安眠。期間即便和旅館反應數次，員工的態度都不是很好，不願意制止唱歌的人，也不願意幫我換到較安靜的房間，他們完全不想幫你解決問題，是我目前遇過最糟糕的住宿經驗，這樣的住宿完全不值得花錢。」

「Great food at restaurant. Lounge area /pub comfortable to relax at anytime of day. Loved the Beer Garden. Very friendly staff , very relaxed vibe. You can feel the history throughout the building. Stairs are old so not great for anyone too young or too old. Not sure if there was air conditioning but we didn’t need it in September. Thanks for a great stay.」

「I was so lucky to come across The Z Hotel - the concept of an extremely well-laid out compact design complete with all mod cons and comforts - at an unbelievably affordable price. This was literally across the street from one of Liverpool's most notable attractions: The Cavern Club; and it was just blocks from the docks, the City Centre, and the train stations. The staff (shout out to Camille) was helpful, friendly, nice, and went above and beyond expectations. I wish there were Z Hotels all...
