"The stay was very comfortable at Motel 6 thanks to its supportive and friendly staff, making check-in and stay smooth. The wide parking area is another big plus, and the large, well-kept rooms provide plenty of space to unwind comfortably. "

"The staff is kind, but feel they were understaffed or not well managed. At check-in, no carts and was directed to look for them on my own. Found a used towel on the back of our bathroom door. The hot tub, when turned on, made us and others sick (coughing and tearing eyes) due to the amount of chemicals (reported to front desk) - we had to vacate within half a minute. The common areas (elevators, outside trash overflowing)were filthy. "

"We tried to visit the hot tub 6 different times and it was totally full I would not bank on getting to use it. One of the elevators went down while we were there and they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room so they literally could of had someone show up in our room while we weren’t there because it wasn’t booked right. No offers of goodwill to compensate "
