"Check in with Mori was fast and informative about the hotel. We arrived to a room that had its toilet running, and about one minute after we got into the room maintenance knocked on the door to fix it. This was awkward and altered our post arrival plans. I gather the room was pre assigned and not put out of service?! The AC was ineffective since the thermostat was set to run for the minimum amount of time possible, so it turned on and off very quickly and very often. The pillows were awful, but the bed was comfortable with nice linens throughout the room. The F&B staff was in the weeds with very little business and in the jungle when it got busy. Service was beyond slow! Bus service was great to the concert, but the food truck was awful with cold chicken tacos! It wasn't worth the hassle to complain, so we threw them away. If you are hungry after 11 don't plan on finding anything to eat unless you order out. Concert venue was great! Bus ride from the hotel was great and the reason we stayed at the hotel!"

"Hotel has easy access to I-44 and is reasonably close to many St. Louis attractions. Lots of food choices in the area. Property well maintained and pretty quiet during our stay. Nice safe area. The only problem we had was that apparently their policy is not to make up the rooms until after 3 days of your stay. This was never communicated until we asked about getting more coffee and fresh towels. Most other places we’ve stayed let you know that, so it was a little of a surprise. But our overall stay was very good and would definitely come back."

"I honestly didn’t like anything about it compared to other hotels at the same stars. The room that we paid for supposed two queen size I but they are more like full or double sizes. (4.6-4.9 ft wide to be exact). The sheets had spots on them, same the furniture. I had to call the supervisor to clean some blood spots or something red/brown from the nightstand. the phone had like green toothpaste on it. I have pictures of all of these. I asked to change the room , they refused and sent someone to do a little wiping. like seriously it was the worst experience we had… there were spots on the carpet; just awful! Waste of money and luckily, we stayed only one night… awful view as well. We Supposed to have a courtyard view but we faced a full wall in front of us. Parking valet was $50 or $40 to park yourself. When we stayed at the Four seasons, a night before, the parking was included. The room was nice and clean. Everything was great and for $60 more as you don’t have to pay the parking,it was more it was worth it. Won’t stay at this Live by Lowe again."

"An event was occurring in the ballroom right above our room. It was after 9 pm and the room was bouncing and creaking with the dancing and hopping up and down, enough to feel like motion sickness. We requested to be moved and the staff person said they were fully booked, and was rude about the situation. I checked the website and discovered the staff lied and several rooms were available that night. We were moved to another room where the toilet was broken and the shower head didn’t work. "
