「Very dirty」

「The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I had a dog with me, and the room floor had a very functional, non-carpet flooring that was awesome! Bed was great. Traffic and plane noise, but overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.」

「Parking and check-in were easy and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed and roomy sitting area, but the bathroom could use some maintenance or updates to make it appear cleaner. The breakfast was very basic continental items. Everything was fine for the quick one night stay that we needed.」

「The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. Plenty of parking, but not enough handicap parking. Breakfast was fabulous, excellent selection of cold / hot items, plenty of fruit waffle maker and constant cleaning and replenishing of items. They had 2 double toasters. Please of space for the buffet and plenty of comfortable tables to enjoy breakfast. Overall, it was our favorite Hampton Inn so far.」

「Great hotel. However doing construction around the back where the pool was definitely cut in a little to the relaxing but friendly staff and great bar!」

「We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.」

「The rooms were clean but outdated. Fist day at check in the women’s was not friendly but other staff were nice. Breakfast was not good, only option was dried food like cereal and prepackaged mini sandwiches, we ended up getting breakfast outside because there were many options. The location was great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 」

「Honestly just a little muggy in the rooms from being an old building with no real A/C. Cable TV no netflix. Minor stuff. Nice staff, free breakfast, easy parking and location.」

「We were sent to a room already occupied… the screams of the people we scared was awful, we were assigned another room however the tv in our new room kept welcoming other guests, never our names appeared on the screen, the following day we returned late from a function only to have to go back to the front desk and ask the same incompetent person for new keys, she took forever and kept saying someone else was trying to do a digital check in for our room, I will never stay there.」

「We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!」

「I lived in this hotel on Jan 13th. Six days has passed. I haven’t received my deposit that is 60 dollars. Please help me check about it. And refund my deposit. 」
