「We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.」

「We picked this property because of the included breakfast, pool, and gym space. The breakfast was hot with choices of eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, and juices. The pool was very cold but clean. The seating around the pool was disappointing. There were only 3 lounge chairs and one was broken. There were a couple of regular chairs as well. The gym space was nice and available at any time. The location was convenient and the staff were very pleasant.」

「There were stains on the bedspread, the carpet, and the curtains. The TV was so pixelated and the sound so garbled that it was unwatchable. Large empty cardboard boxes were in some hallways for days. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way or latch. Apparently the place is being remodeled, but that’s no excuse to neglect the rooms that guests are currently staying in.」
