「Had such a fantastic stay. Arrived at the hotel a little after check in time, the room was not ready which certainly happens and I had no problem waiting. I ran an errand and received a text saying the room was ready. They upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony that walks out right next to The Hotel Chelsea sign. 「Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. 」

「Had a girl’s trip and was a great stay! The room was super small but we made it work and loved the restaurant, breakfast and location! Day staff was so friendly and helpful! Staff at check in at night was not very friendly but … otherwise awesome stay!! 」
