"Amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the quick check in, friendly staff asking if I needed anything else, and warm cookies upon check in was a great touch! The staff checked in on me with texts and in the lobby to ask if I needed anything while I was in the city several times which I appreciated. The room was definitely a small nyc style room as expected but the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size for nyc, GREAT views of the city and empire state building, liked the mini bar and non-alcholoic drinks, and snacks in the room, elevator always worked and had no issues, everything was very clean and pretty updated. The rooftop bar was also really nice. Very central location that allows short trips to every neighborhood in Manhattan and close to times square for those visiting NYC for the first time this is an excellent hotel to pick! 10/10 I would recommend and I'm actually planning on staying here again in a few months because I had such a good experience!"

"We found this to be a great option for our family. It was rather a no frills option- but the hotel was well located, and we even had a small view of the Empire State Building out of the window. We didn’t try the restaurant at all. The cold water in the lobby was very welcome after a hot day out."
