"We loved our stay and were very happy with location. We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by the aesthetics of the property as well as the on-location dining. Our accommodation (2-bedroom) was clean with modern finishes. There was no TV in the bedrooms but we were mostly out during our stay. The staff was exceptional. We will definitely stay again when in the area."

"This hotel is a true gem and conveniently located within walking distance to everything downtown. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The addition of a kitchenette in the room was something I didn’t even know I needed but came in handy. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Nashville should consider staying at Studio 154."

"Overall, this place was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend in Nashville. A tad out of the way, but walkable to things, if you're willing to walk. The property was very easy to access and maintenance was responsive when we had a small issue. Would come back!"

"This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars.
