The apartment was well acquainted. It was clean & modern. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and neat. Oddly, I'd received 2 different codes for entry into the room. The entrance into the Sonder "lobby" was out of order the entire stay (5 days). You had to enter thru the grg elevator. The parking instructions needs improved. This was the poor part of our stay. P3 is the lowest level in the garage... there aren't any signs indicating this & currently not in the instructions. We had to ask the parking mngmt (they drive around a lot). Also the P3 gate didn't work for us the whole time we were there. Reached out thru chat, they responded but never followed up after the initial conversation after they said they would research the issue. Told me to park at the belcourt theater and they would reimburse me. We were already in bed at that point and had parked in the garage on P1. Plus, i didn't trust we would be reimbursed & i had already added on parking for an amou. Parking at Belcourt was high! The next day, never heard back on the chat but got a text saying parking would be available on P3 Monday... it was Sunday and I've already paid for it. That night, inquired to parking management, (btw the gates to the garage were also inoperable so we were lucky cause we figured no one was being charged..ticket tower said to pull thru) they said P3 isn't available, to just park in the garage, that they weren't ticketing over there. I never heard back from Sonder.

If you purchase through Expedia beware, there is no reception or help available onsite. One is required to jump through Sonder hoops to even get access to the property. Save yourself, say no to Sonder.

When we first arrived, our unit was unlocked and cracked open (not latched). It was very uncomfortable going in and trying to make sure that no one was inside. We did not know if someone was in the unit already or if someone was coming back.

It was a great 2 bedroom apartment to get away and relax a little. The only bad thing about our stay is that it's confusing where it is exactly and poor signage for parking. The answered my questions right away with accurate answers. I would stay here again.

The apartment was amazing!! The hallway and apartment both smelled so good and I love you need a code to get to the apartment floor! The only thing wrong was the figuring out where to park and what we needed to do. We had to ask a business and they said they get asked all the time. But once we figured that out, I loved that we had our own private area to park

The apartment was so nice and spacious. My only 2 complaints is about the check in procedure. It would've been easier to understand if it had just stated use the parking garage elevators up to your floor. The whole note about using the walkway with the glass door was hard to find. My last complaint is that the curtains really weren't big enough to cover the whole witdows and it was very bright in our rooms at night from outside lighting. they need the pull down shades that block all the light instead of the slatted blinds or bigger black out curtains. I would stay here again--so convenient to nashville and lots of cool shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Where to start with Sonder? Exfoliation towels are not my thing. They have towels so rough you could sand a deck. Sonder has an online interface. Coffee pot was broken. Let them know.. They asked how is it broken. I responded it doesn't make coffee. They say we will have a live agent comtact you. Now imagine a tumbleweed rolling down a dusty highway. They say they have onsite parking. I order it. I follow their directions to the letter. Wake up to a 67 dollar parking ticket. I send a text. They say we will have a live agent comtact you. Imagine wind through the trees. Next day, I try again to follow their directions. I have a post-graduate degree and yet I get a 67 dollar parking ticket. I send a Sonder message. I receive a response that they are sorry and will have a live agent reach out. I am soooo sorry the live agent was sucked into the abyss and never was able to get back to me. The pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable my daughter slept on the floor. Must have been all the missing springs. The shower was small and the water pressure terrible. Water on the floor which splashes out from trickling of the wall creates a slipping hazard. If you are visiting Vandy, the location is fine.

We have to leave early but...

Unfortunately, we have to leave early due to a family emergency but while there the service was great. Customer Service agents were awesome and very helpful.
