「Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc. Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅」

「cancel my booking without notice checkin at 12p and asked me to come after4pm arrived at 4p and told me the booking has been cancelled bad experience 」

「Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.」

「Hotel and staff were great , food at breakfast and dinner were great , good size portions, although we were charged different prices from what was on the dinner menus , only downside was the reception was at the bar , I think it should be separate , if the bar is busy ( which it was ) as we arrived early Saturday evening you need to wait , but overall everything was great」

「Booked this hotel for its location and being able to bring my dog. Room was clean and spacious. Good selection of food available.」

「Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving 」
