The room wasnt clean, ended up checking out the same day due to the conditions. Shower wasn't running properly, there was rust on windows and radiators. Marks on carpets. Did eat downstairs at the pub. Ella foster was the one great thing about the experience, super friendly and helpful.

Nice stay

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our first room was very warm and we could leave the window open due to being on the road side. We were moved into a different room for the following nights. The curtains/blinds in neither room fitted well and could do with replacing or a good clean. Staff were really accommodating. We only had breakfast which was excellent. The outdoor area could do with a clean up. Car park was good plenty of spaces

Great place in St Helens

Weekend away visiting for a friends party, great location, busy pub downstairs, so it must be good for food & drink, didn’t hear any noise upstairs. Very comfortable please too stay.

This property was well located for me. It was a short drive for everywhere I wanted to go. There was a great park a short walk away. There was a restaurant/pub on site. There was ample free parking on site too.

Recommended

Mire of a pub/restaurant but that wasn't an issue. Check in easy and a nice upgrade. Food downstairs, excellent and the breakfast was very good.

One night stay for wedding

The only downside to the hotel was that the bed was a bit on the hard side for me personally, I prefer a soft mattress that you sink into 😁 The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spotless, would stay there again.

Good accommodation and great food but the shower in both mine and my friends room both stopped and started every 10 seconds or so. Apart from that it was a great stay.

Review: Tell Us About Your Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was cozy, with the radiator keeping it warm and comfortable. The decor was nice, though there were some signs of wear and tear, such as a few holes in the walls. The bathroom was spacious, but privacy could be improved. One downside was the view from room 5, which faced a car dealership with bright floodlights that the curtains didn’t fully block at night. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel to coworkers visiting clients in the area, despite the minor drawbacks.
