「Room was okay, nothing special but nothing really wrong either. The bathroom was a nice size and had two sinks.」

「Parking easy & close. Some neat shops nearby. Staff friendly but some difficulty understanding their accent. Place clean & neat. Bed comfortable. Only thing lacking was hair dryer(or put on site to bring one). Loved the unique Victorian look!」

「Staff doesn't speak English, extremely difficult to communicate. First room I was in had no heat, they put me in another room that was heated. Also, no drinking cups/glasses, no sink stopper. It was a cheap stay, but not so convenient when the you can't verbally communicate with the staff. Super 8 by name only.」

「The room was okay. There were a few hairs in the bedding but other than that it was okay. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was a complete joke which i knew it would be do to other reviews i had read before we stayed there. Plan on eating breakfast at the Qwik Star next door. 」

「We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...

「Walking in the smell of mold and smoke was strong. Got key to room, again the smell was pretty gross, found black dots all over the bed. The pool was closed.. looked for good. I couldn’t stay there is canceled and left.. elevator last inspected 2021」

「Check-in took an unusually long time, as if the clerk was on something. The key I was given was filthy (food and dirt on it). I was not shown where my room would be, but I was able to find it easily enough. Curtains were far too thin to ensure room would be dark. Refrigerator had not been cleaned in a long time. BATTERY OPERATED smoke alarm was not present. Sink had been cracked and patched (observed this when cleaning key) Cobwebs, cockroaches, and multiple old cig burns all over shower...
