「The property itself is dated. The rooms were okay, but definitely could use some work. Our door didn't properly latch and the bed had definitely seen better days (very lumpy). The breakfast was subpar and the breakfast area's floor was very sticky. I would choose another location next time.」

「We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...
