「I really like the lobby at this hotel. I loved the suite we were in. The pool was small. The laminate floors needed moped they made my feet very dirty. They need more options for breakfast we ended up eating somewhere else and we are glad we did. The parking spaces were way too skinny. It caused every person to be over the line. 」

「My youngest daughter was bit by bedbugs. So disgusted by this. 」

「The whole place is rundown. Mold in the wall next to the ice machine. Ceilings and tiles falling off in the rooms. Bedding not cleaned. My smallest kid had diarrhea and vomited from the pool water. 」

「It was a wonderful experience. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Views were great and you kidding me. Hot was needed. My sleep felt so good. Thank you everyone 」

「The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. 「Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...
