「Figure out which side the train tracks are on and book your room on the other side or you’ll be woke up every hour. Make sure the shower door in your room slides shut & will stay closed before you decide to shower or your bathroom will flood which you’ll see on your ceiling from the floor above you by shotty patchwork. Pro:close to river center establishments.」

「Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. 」

「Walking in the smell of mold and smoke was strong. Got key to room, again the smell was pretty gross, found black dots all over the bed. The pool was closed.. looked for good. I couldn’t stay there is canceled and left.. elevator last inspected 2021」

「Staff doesn't speak English, extremely difficult to communicate. First room I was in had no heat, they put me in another room that was heated. Also, no drinking cups/glasses, no sink stopper. It was a cheap stay, but not so convenient when the you can't verbally communicate with the staff. Super 8 by name only.」

「This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place...

「Might as well eat somewhere else for breakfast. Charged us $100 because my daughter accidentally spilled a small amount of chocolate milk on the sheets they claim couldn’t come out with bleach. We told the attendant as soon as the incident happened so she could wash the sheets. But she said it would have to wait till morning and didn’t offer any new bedding. There was mold on the curtains, the floor was falling apart, and the chlorine in the hot tub will make your eyes burn. 」

「We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...

「Check-in took an unusually long time, as if the clerk was on something. The key I was given was filthy (food and dirt on it). I was not shown where my room would be, but I was able to find it easily enough. Curtains were far too thin to ensure room would be dark. Refrigerator had not been cleaned in a long time. BATTERY OPERATED smoke alarm was not present. Sink had been cracked and patched (observed this when cleaning key) Cobwebs, cockroaches, and multiple old cig burns all over shower...

「No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.」

「Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...
