「Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room.」

「Rooms are very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access. Breakfast very good. They even serve a good supper all the time. I travel through KC at least once and sometimes twice a week I always stop here.」

「When i got into the room I has dirty towels and there was dried blood on the pillowcase and the sheet the blanket was also very dirty and it smelled like poop. The outside was very dirty as will. When I went down to tell them I had to wait another 30 minutes 8her and the maid came in she took the blanket and towels never bring anything back I had to us my towel I had and some sheets I had. All she was worried bout was me giving her a good review」

「NO SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT」

「It was a very quick visit. Shuttle drivers and staff were excellent. Check in out out was quick. Room was very clean however I did find a bug in the bathroom. I told the staff upon checkout and they were very receptive and grateful. I would definitely come back」

「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.」
