「Everything about this hotel is special. Great staff- awesome restaurant/bar. Location is perfect. This hotel is my destination every time I come to the city. Which is quite often. 」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「We loved our stay at the Hyatt House! Within walking distance to multiple restaurants, close to the United Center. Uber/Lyft was easily accessible as well as the L. Comfortable, clean rooms and reasonably priced!」
