"They had beg bugs and dirty towels under the bed and it also customer services was very rude and they didn’t want to change my room so me and my son ultimately didn’t go in the room and wasn’t offered a refund. It was very terrible for me and my son with autism. We also had to get a new room. This is the worst experience I ever had."

"Breakfast was low quality. Eggs and fruit tasted funny, we could even finish the food. The room is not well sound isolated. You could clearly hear what people speak out of your room and even when other people entered or exited their rooms around mine. Parking spots are limited, but there is a parking garage very close for $5 overnight (this was super convenient). "

Parker at the front desk was by far the best part of our stay, she was personable and welcoming and gave us the best costumer service we’ve ever experienced while being away! We will be back. "
