Hyatt House Chicago West Loop
I've never been to a Hyatt hotel. This hotel was spotless and had great service. The only issue was the valet. I only used it one night since the guy was on a personal call when I needed my car and he had to hang up to help me. Eventually.

Hyatt House Chicago Medical/University District
Always a pleasure staying here - the location and proximity to the L makes getting anywhere in the city very easy. The deposit structure is the only negative. $50 PER NIGHT - on a previous stay we were there for 10 and had a $500 deposit which is excessive.
