Fully equipped studio apartment in Little Italy. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Great communication. Ideal location with nearby places to eat and drink, and bus/subway access to the city and other popular neighborhoods. Love this place.

The room had absolutely everything you could need and was very nice. The hotel itself was in a wonderful area with tons to do. Everything was perfect besides the elevator that made scary noises and chugged like crazy.

Our week at The Neighborhood was really great. The location, the variety of both take-out and eat-in restaurants was great. The room was clean and had a well equipped kitchen with very nice coffee pot and coffee. When we requested more creamer it was delivered to our door. We will definitely stay here again. Twenty minutes to Midway Airport on a Sunday morning!!

Great location, spectacular value for what is a nice new apartment. Would be great to have some arrangement for parking, but we figured it out. Ceiling height makes heating a minor challenge.

There is no staff, no front desk and no help, other than texting with an AI agent. The on-line check in was a nightmare, took 45 min. over 2 days. Minimalist furniture style, no work desk, despite there being lots of space. TV is only Youtube. You need to set up an account on your phone to watch regular live channels, so I didn't watch any TV. Not a hotel for business travelers.

This is a hidden gem. Room is spacious and clean. Supplies are provided for cleaning dishes and even laundry pods. Much better bang for your buck vs. a traditional corporate hotel brand. Will stay in their North side location next time!
