「The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay. One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early. The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations. Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend」

「The only drawback would be the internet speed. OK, I admit i'm using the free WIFi, maybe preeminent choice would be much better. The other parts are very good: facilities are new, front desk is always friendly, room is clean and comfortable.」

「We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . In the the middle of the night in the new room there was noises coming from someone trying to enter the door! Over and over to...

「Feels safe. Parking convenient. Can always smell some cigarette smell. Fire alarm batteries were not in there at first, they added it after I reminded. Black holes on wooden floor make by cigarettes everywhere which feels a bit bad.」

「I booked a room with two beds, but when I checked in at the destination they said they didn't have any rooms with two beds available. I was already really tired, and I wasn't happy with the room I booked in advance. My family and I had no choice but to cram into one bed and sleep, which was a really bad experience」
