「Flight came in early and was able to check in early without any issue. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Only complaint is that since the rooms have hardwood floors it echoes and the walls are pretty thin so you can pretty much hear a full conversation next door or in the hallway. Also the kitchenette didn’t have any pots or pans or utensil. Not a huge deal since they just opened up recently but the echo thing is my only real gripe. If your neighbor snores could be a long night.」

「Beautiful place, nice and quiet. Stayed in the Suite style room for 2 nights. Brought my dog, one of the best hotels I've stayed in.」

「I stay there twice a year. I like the property and amenities. They do have a new $12 a day parking fee.」

「It’s a very nice place, the rooms are clean and spacious. I left my shampoo, conditioner and body wash at home. I washed my hair and there was no conditioner. I have long hair so it was difficult to manage without conditioner. We will always return, we love it there and across the way is another favorite hotel.」

「The hotel was pretty well kept as far as cleanliness. The AC until in our room didn’t work properly and kept shutting off no matter what the temp was set at. The bathroom was my biggest concern. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the tub was severely stained and looked nasty! There was water left standing in it. I didn’t really want to use the shower, but did. If I had children with me who wanted a bath that would have been a no go! The water pressure wasn’t great either.」

「Ok first of all, give Jason ( front desk) a raise! Everyone else told me they were booked and I was going to have to move hotels. But a Jason was able to keep 2 hotel rooms - 1 bedroom suites booked for 10 days! Every time I saw him he told me what the dinner was and was just so friendly. He makes you want to go visit the front desk! The room was clean, I’m kinda bougie and it was great for the money. Not one single issue in either room in 10 days I stayed. I will 100% stay here again next...

「Everything was great, and I had a smooth check-in. All the front desk agents were amazing. Jacob, the night auditor, provided excellent customer service and made check-in seamless. Amanda was very pleasant and kind enough to hold my room after my flight delays, which I truly appreciated. Caleb was also very helpful this morning when I needed assistance warming something up. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and the excellent service I received.」
