Surprise is a very nice suburb of Phoenix. There is always something new in the neighborhood to look forward to visiting, and it's one of the homes of MLB spring training, so that's a plus.

The entire stay was very enjoyable and we will plan to return. My only negative is that the first impression was pretty concerning when we saw the condition of the hallway carpeting. It was very, very old and worn. The rooms were fine though. The young lady serving breakfast did wonderful job!
