Staff was 100% wonderful. First room pretty filthy carpet, noisy - whole area in need of (already planned) renovation. Staff helpfully switched our room, which was better, but still rather worn. Kids LOVED the pools, slide, lazy river, putt putt. Just wish the hours were longer.

Water was never hot, had to ask for hairdryer, some of the lights didnt work, no pool towels at 3pm an little options for breakfast at 0800. Would not recommend
