"I loved the rooms and amenities! Sadly the pool bar was closed the whole week of the stay. Downside is there was very very minimal parking next to our room. We had to walk uphill and past 3 building to get to our room if we left our room past 5 PM"

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
"Both meals were awful. Even just a bowl of oatmeal. Property was dated and run down. Pool closed at 4 one day. Adults only pool was dirty with debris all 3 days. One elevator was broken the whole time. Overall the hotel is being negotiated in every way. Would not stay here again."

"The listing did not nearly represent the actual location. We did not stay the night, we ended up with another room elsewhere. I was not habitable or safe, and should not be offered to anyone no matter the cost."

"The elevator did not work. The hallway and room smelled really bad. There were cockroaches in our room and the neighbor upstairs was lifting weights at midnight and keep dropping the dumbbells on the floor which kept waking me up."

"Nice, clean, hotel, appears to have been recently remodeled, good wifi, some rooms include fridge and microwave. Fairly central location, many restaurants nearby, frequent transportation at corner. Great price!"
