「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. 「This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. 「Our 5 night stay was great! I have to say the floors were very dirty and leave our feet feeling dirty and black but our experience was overall average. We also noticed a pee stain on the mattress protector and the bedding was in okay shape. The amenities and communication through the resort was great. 」
