ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! THE ROOM, THE BUILDING, EVERY INCH OF THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY DILAPIDATED. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU WALK INTO IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BOOK A ROOM HERE. RUN DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!! I RATHER BE HOMELESS THAN STAY AT THAT PLACE

Terrible room, not worth the money at all. The light in the bathroom doesn't turn off there was A roach in the bathroom. I tried to get towels after the second day and they told me I had to wait until the cleaning staff came. Which they didn't ask I had to wait until my third day to get fresh towels. They never came and changed the linen either even though someone clearly came in my room while I was gone and opened the curtains. I wouldn't have left them open because my camera and gimble where out on the table.

Don't book here. Don't stay here. I didn't stay longer than 10 min in my room after check in. One of the worst rooms I've ever been in. Several places that looked like blood stains on floor, bed, furnishings. Online pics and reviews very misleading. Seemed like a very unsafe area

The hotel was located near ihop and a few fast food places which worked well for my grandkids Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear fwy traffics and cars racing with cleaning staff and their carts outside My room had a slight musty odor I think from air conditioner But aside from this, We slept fairly well once the noise subsided So yes I would give it about 3 stars

The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a place to sleep after our long days of venturing out, but I will not be staying here again.

The staff was nice, but they did not know what was going on with certain things, like the wi-fi, it never worked and they kept saying it was being worked on but did not know when it would be on. (Never came on) there were roaches in the room, I got bitten by an unknown insect during the night and now after over 12 hours later it is still itching and burning. the curtains did not close properly, the upstairs floor transfered the noise from the upstairs customers down to the room below, made it very loud. The air conditioning worked fine. The mattress was so old that it sagged on both sides. The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. When I walked up to check in, I was told that I had to make a $60 deposit after I had pre-paid for my stay. (She waived it after I objected). I will not be staying there again.

No Amenities. Only ice machine was in 3rd floor. Room was very dated and kept up well. Curtains were broken, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, top drawer was missing and no safe in room. Fridge was missing and they brought one from another room. Lots of people smoking next to rooms as well.
