「Loved this hotel it location was 5 min from Hammersmith Underground or 10 min from Baron Court. Lovely clean room bathroom seemed renewed nice new shower bathtub. Breakfast is well worth the money you can fill up on loads of choices. Shoutout to the manager who runs around in the morning during breakfast with a great smile and customer pro service attitude. He's a real asset to the Hotel wish I had asked his name. recommend !」

「For a budget hotel option this is best in class 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「This is our go-to place to stay when it's available. The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay.」

「The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. 」
