「The spotless clean room. The "little" breakfast offered in a bag at the door hook. The coffee maker in the room, plus the free supply of coffee and water on demand. The big bathroom and room ( we had cosy room park view ). The big and very comfortable bed and pillows. The good wine list at the bar and at the restaurant. Nice and helpfull staff at the reception and at the restaurant.」

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「I couldn’t find the tub remote in the room, and there was a wet purple stain on the desk. Other things were totally acceptable.」

「地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。 美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「All of the reception staff I met during my stay were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a slight issue with my TV which I informed reception of when I left to go out and it was fixed by the time I got back, so excellent service. The room was a good size for a single especially in London, and was very clean and comfortable with air con and is with nice modern decoration throughout. Bed was made up, bathroom cleaned, bins emptied and clean towels every day. I can't thank everyone at the hotel...
