"Safe drop off in car park, easy check-in (didn’t use automated booth as was staff member was on too). Bar and restaurant in foyer. Room good size. Didn’t hear any noise from any other room. Bathroom modern and clean. Ideal location for Terminal 4 flight as walkway direct from level 2. Very happy with price. "

"Be very careful at this location when using the WiFi. Someone got my information and log on my bank account and changed the phone number and address. I was lucky that the bank froze the account."

"I thought the breakfast supposed to come with it when we returned back because it was included the first time when we checked in the first time, but I was told it was not. I both booked under Expedia. "

"If you haven't got a card for payment the staff tell you to eat in a restaurant down the road because they don't take cash"

"No restaurant, no windows in many rooms. Bathroom looked OK until I wiped up a spill on the floor and it became obvious it had not been wiped between guests. I booked for both convenience and because the ratings were excellent. In future, I will go back to Hilton garden at terminal 2.3"

"Extremely convenient to take bus to/ from Heathrow -- but only if you have limited luggage . "
