「The hotel is very well located, close to attractions and transportation. Nice, friendly staff. Thoughtful amenities. The room was comfortable though wish it could be a bit bigger. 」

「The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room」

「Good 」

「櫃檯親切服務態度很好，早餐太簡單了，如果早餐豐富 跟選擇多一點會更好」

「Great location Friendly staff Generous late check out」

「飯店周圍有許多花店，環境很好，隔音也不錯 有附很簡單的早餐 缺點是房間打掃速度很慢，常常到下午五點還沒有打掃好 寄放行李要收費」

「Room was excellent for a queen, bed and beautiful views of the street below and hanging tree from WAshington Square Park. Staff is always kind and helpful. Best location in the world right next to train or bus wherever you want to go.」

「The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :) For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.」

「Great and quiet place to live in! Very close to various fashion stores nearby. Excellent!」
