「The staff are friendly and helpful. During a recent move, we have had to bounce around to different hotels while traveling from New England to Orlando. We tried another hotel closer to the Orlando area to try and save some funds. That proved to be a bad decision and returned here. Economical value and a better stay all around. 「Two of my friends didn't know what kind of bite they had on them the night they stayed! Sound insulation is not good either. Anther thing that I‘d like to say is about when we checked into the room, there was only a box with little bit tissue left in the room. Late when we used some then ran out of that tissue and I went to the front desk and asked for a box, and the stuff told me to go to the restaurant across the front desk.」

「My wife and I enjoyed the Westin Lake Mary, while I was there teaching a Saturday workshop and we will be back. The property was clean, we had a nice room. If there is any negative feedback I have is that the front desk could be a little more friendly, and attentive coming from someone who spent over 20 yrs in the industry, and the restaurant hostess needs more training on the restaurants menu etc. but she was very friendly otherwise.」
