"Room was great. Staff was amazing. We arrived into the hotel about 2:00am due to flight delays and were greeted with friendly faces. The next morning I discovered that my car battery was dead after being there a week in sub-zero temperatures. The front desk staff and maintenance tried to help me jump start my car. Unfortunately the way I was parked I was blocked in. Staff even offered to take me to a parts store to get. A new battery. "

"I should’ve read these reviews better because there is no way on this planet the 5 start reviews on here are real or accurate. For starters, how does a non-smoking hotel smell like an old ashtray? Also, I would’ve said the room wasn’t horrible if they didn’t steal my money. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest but the atmosphere of this location is atrocious. On night one I got back from working late and my card didn’t work. I had to go all the way to the other side at Royal Inn, dodge the parking lot of craters, only to get a man’s help letting me in because no one is at their front desk. There were police nightly in the parking lot, domestic arguments in the hallway, and the tv and internet went in and out all week. The day I checked out I made three trips to my car but my keycard was already shut off yet the kind housekeeper, their one shiny star, let me back in my room to get the rest of my stuff. I’m a business, solo traveler. I have no pets and I had no visitors. I even cleaned up the room myself and yet I haven’t received my deposit back. After reading other reviews it’s probably because I took a shower and used their towels there. They are thieves and not returning deposits. I’ve messaged the hotel and called multiple times but no one picks up the phone. My “sketchy” radar went off when I got there and I should’ve listened. Do not stay here. The headache and trouble is not worth the pennies saved!!!"

"Everything was in walking distance! My wife was impressed, and stated that this will be our spot when are in Indianapolis. I Highly recommend The Bottle Works Hotel."
