Full kitchens with everything you could need, very friendly staff that make you feel welcome, free laundry facility, clean rooms, & still pretty affordable. Only complaints would be the location, construction going on inside of building, & they need to replace or fix a few washers & dryers. Other than that 0 complaints!

Unfamiliar with this area..I choose to stay in this hotel.. it was the worst decision ever!!! They accused me of putting a hairline crack in the grouting between the towels in the shower and kept my deposit, I checked out a day earlier and they didn’t credit my card the day I didn’t stay! The first room was dirty and the Tv was busted, the second room was a newly renovated room but the it had 2 TVs and neither one of them worked well, 1 didn’t get channel at all! The hallways and elevator where dirty and stains and spills everywhere thru out the hotel! I’ve was hung up on by the hotel manager when I ask why my money wasn’t refunded and have been getting the run around about the situation from IHG CORPORATION about it as well.. this company has gone down hill.. I worked for them for 4/12 years and they stood on customer service and high quality service standards.. no it must just be about the money.

The staff at this hotel are top notch. Hotel is fine if a little dated. I felt safe walking around outside. Waffle house and Gils Tacos within a mile.

Great Hotel for the price!

The price was right for this overnight get-a-way for my wife and I. We had a very nice time, the room was nice but not as clean as we would have expected. The overall condition of the entire hotel, lets just say some TLC is needed to get this to a 5 star hotel. But overall very pleased and would stay here again in the future!

We booked one room with 2 beds. The hotel didn’t have what we booked so they solved the problem by giving us 2 king rooms. This was a great solution.

Our room was great. Super clean and always smelled great. Even thru out the hotel. Shay was great! There was also a gentleman that was kind enough to show us how the luggage cart was used. Plus he was funny. Over all great time, thank you so much!

Great for the price

The hotel was very good except the hall carpets had loose small items. These may have been from a recent guest moving in so it may not reflect badly on housekeeping but the carpet looked a little dirty. The room was clean and very nice and great considering the low price. There was a full kitchen and a nice desk for doing work. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were quiet and clean. Kitchenette was suitably stocked. Bathroom lacked extra toilet paper. The 24/7 Cupboard room for extra amenities was lacking in content. Not a great location for shopping or dining but quick airport access. No continental breakfast.

Service desk person was super friendly. However, I left immediately after seeing the room. The place was filthy. Sheets on the bed were stained, carpet was disgusting. I left and went to another hotel.

It was pretty good for the money I paid. But no hot water, I suffered taking a shower last night. But I do like hot hot water (maybe it’s my issue) The room was clean, I would recommend to be updated, but I slept very well. The other thing there is no breakfast available. Maybe because I think all of the rooms are like little appartments.

Room was not very clean, bed sheets and blankets were dirty and really worn out. We asked for clean blankets and were told there were no more blankets in the hotel. The refrigerator in the room sounded like a freight train and stank. There is nothing around the hotel apart from a liquor store. We walked along an expressway with no sidewalk to get to a waffle house to eat. It was close but not suited for pedestrians. Staff were friendly. I would not choose to stay here again.

I room was nicely layed out. The tv remote barely worked. But worst part was the hvac system whould kick on every 30 min and sounded like a frieght train rattling the fan has issues or the mounts are loose. As i work maintenance for a living. Hotel was very clean! We just had no hot water in our room. Front desk didn’t act like they knew what they were doing. Every time we called it was a different answer. Came up here for my daughter to get tests ran at Riley and couldn’t even give her a bath before we went, so her night routine was down the drain. Wouldn’t change us rooms (we had a two night stay) the housekeepers were the best employees.

Walked in and nobody was at the front desk. there was a sign to call someone’s cell phone, so we did. Nobody answered the phone but a few minutes later, two employees walked in through the back door. They were nice enough and got us checked in quickly. The room was clean. Furniture a bit worn. Bed was comfy. You could tell this used to be a smoking room from the stale smell and an old cigarette burn on the tub. The vibe I got was that most of the people staying here are long term guests. The place was fine because we only needed a place to sleep for 6-8 hours.

Found bed bug in my first room, staff reacted quickly and professionally to locate me in a new room. Second room had an old pair of socks left in one of the bathroom drawers that created a very strong nasty odor. One of my washroom towels had a red stain on it, I'm not too sure what the stain was from. Similar stains were found on the curtains. Throughout this all, I would like to mention that the staff was always friendly, helpful and accomodating.
