Pets stay free is amazing! The bed was broken in and that was gross to say the least , the wall outlets were exposed the bed lights were disconnected the hot water was limited and the room stayed real hot even with it being 0• outside and the a/c on full blast it stayed hot af. The battery’s were removed from the smoke detector and left open and the door key didn’t work half the time but other then that the other bed in the room was just fine. But there was a bright light shining in thru the door from the hallway that sucked and the Sam’s Club parking lot was bright af too oh and the curtain had a zip tie holding it up and the rod was broken. I loved the hotel none the less their were no bugs but the walls are thin and def not sound proof and the toilet was also not bolted to the floor and I’m short so every time I sat down the back hit the wall and the ppl next to us kept banging on the wall all day I almost lost my mind on them but none the less it was a nice free stay for a few days with my credits I saved from my last bday but I def wouldent pay more the. 300 for a week their that’s insane

There was no water pressure at all. I could barely shower and definitely could not wash my hair. There were some holes in the ceiling that had bath tissues shoved in them and you could hear EVERYTHING from the halls and other rooms. It was good for the price. The sheets and towels were very clean and the room was spacious

Check in was quick and easy with Shireen, and when my brother left his bag and we had to catch a flight, Peggy was amazing in letting the bag be stored for a week before family in the area could come pick it up for us. Also a very convenient location for the Indy 500!

Very easy to get to, travel to, and stay at! My biggest “inconvenience” was that there wasn’t an outlet next to my bed, but a long cord on my charger rectified that. I needed a place to sleep amidst 12-to-14 hour work days, and it was just that. No complaints! Staff is super friendly and helpful! No complaints, if my work ever finds me in Indianapolis again, I will look here first!

Exactly what I would expect for the price

The hotel wasn't bad but it wasn't really good either. The staff were very friendly, and it was pretty clean, but the room lacked any of what seem to be basic amenities. No charge ports, very few outlets, the bathroom was small with a very dirty vent fan, and there was no trash can in the room. It was very basic but given the price I didn't and wouldn't complain.

The staff was amazing! But the hotel had ants, roaches, and bed bugs in it. Had to buy my own spray for the room. And the pillows are flat. They give you 2 flat pillows that have no neck support at all

The lobby and hallway smelled funky. The room was actually decent. Clean, snd smelled fine. Staff was pretty friendly. Good place to crash for the night. I did find a automatic rifle casing in the parking lot.. so, yeah. But, it didn't seem like a sketchy area or anything.
