"I stayed in the room with a city view and it was excellent, a lot of space, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, the white robes and white slippers are always creating an luxurious feel. Amazing selection of tea, coffee, water and milk in the mini fridge in the room. Will stay again next time I am in Windsor."

"The service was really good overall, but there are two matters that need to be addressed On the second day of our stay, we went to the pool after signing in at reception.around 11am However, after about 10–15 minutes, we were asked to leave due to a regular class taking place. This was disappointing as we were not informed about it in advance, and the kids were really upset."

"The hotel was amazing! Quick check in and they were even able to accommodate me to a low level floor last minute. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious and the staff was super attentive to any allergies that I had. Upon check out I realized that the surrounding area didn't seem too safe but we felt safe during our stay. "
