Lovely guesthouse

Just stayed for one night recently while attending a friends party. Didnt spend a lot of time in the guesthouse, but it was very nice, and will stay there again. Hosts were very nice also.

Great Guesthouse

I received a very warm welcome on arrival and an upgrade to a double room which was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Perfect for a relaxing evening and good night’s sleep before a big sporting event. Nice and quiet too. I didn’t have breakfast but the food in the nearby Wyvern pub was amazing.

The best B&B guest house I have ever stayed at with the perfect hosts. Good location with off road parking, lovely well presented room with a fabulous garden view and a breakfast to die for. A definite 10 out of 10. Geoff.

The place is clean, homely and cosy. Host is friendly and we love the breakfast. It is not easy to get to in the dark but that's the trade-off for a quiet and homely place. It is convenient to Farnborough where we shopped most of what we needed for daughter to settle down in London from overseas. Lovely place that we would put on our list if we visit again.

Fab room and excellent value

We only stayed one night whilst visiting the area for a family party. The host was super friendly, we had a lovely comfortable room and everything was immaculate. Would definitely recommend. We only gave the eco friendly category an ok rating because we weren't sure, it could be really eco friendly.

We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. I called ahead of our stay to confirm this was OK and Nigel, the owner, was very accommodating. Marvellous 'Full English' for breakfast the following morning! We had a very enjoyable (if brief) stay and would thoroughly recommend Dawyk Beech.
