「The rooms and bathrooms are somewhat dated, but the service and attention to detail from the staff was impeccable. They were extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean, had plenty of parking. Although the hotel is above a pub and on a fairly busy road, the was no noise to disturb our sleep. I would recommend this for a short trip or getaway.」

「The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,...

「A lovely stay, it was just down the road to a venue where we were attending a party. The host was very welcoming and friendly and insured we had everthing we wanted. Room was tidy and had a mini fridge, tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely my son enjoyed the fresh fruit. X」

「My stay at Holly House was for 2 nights in their single room with a shared bathroom. Although compact the room was adequate for my needs & reasonably priced. The freshly cooked breakfasts each morning were excellent with plenty of choices on the menu. The house and gardens were delightful and I highly recommend this country house accommodation.
