We didn’t stay long (late night arrival from London and early flight) but we felt so welcome and comfortable. Very clean, warm, well-equipped room and of course we loved the beautiful Four-Poster Bed. Ancient building, nicely furnished, giving the illusion of being in deep countryside despite being only 8 minutes away from the airport on bus#3. I’ll definitely return next time I have an early flight.

This place is quite charming and very cute! 500 year old farm 6 min away from Gatwick airport , you can take bus that goes to Gatwick right outside , there is a lovely pub with excellent Indian food right across , staff super friendly and nice! Overall I’m very happy with my stay!

Great place to stay adjacent to Gatwick

I’ve rarely given a 10 out of 10 score (or similar rating scale) —yet this hotel serves a full 10. A beautiful place, comfortable with extraordinary service that is most helpful. Very close to Gatwick in a rural setting. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Not really a place I would return too. Booked this as very close to Gatwick and had free parking. Its a small farm type setting using old farm buildings. The room we had was small and very dated. Four poster bed but very very soft - not in a good way. The loo/shower room was tiny and really cold even with the heater on. It is quiet though. For the price I think we will stick to Premier inn or Travel lodge.

The farm land was very nice. Although We came in late so it was harder to navigate, we found the place OK. The rooms were rustic feel but comfortable and nice set up. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. She offered us good information about navigating the area. Quick to bring extra towels and turn up the heat on a chilly night. It was the perfect location near the airport for an early morning flight. Con: the bed spread had some stain but we were too tired to have it changed.

Outstanding

We wanted to have a getaway somewhere a little different than a normal hotel and we were not disappointed at all. From check in to the minute we left we had a relaxing time in a stunning room with all the facilities we required. Everywhere was clean and the service we received was exceptional. The Oldlands Farm was outstanding and we shall certainly be back again.

Excellent stay

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The hosts are a friendly, family-run business who gave excellent advice and instructions for us to get to the airport after our stay. I fully recommend, especially if you are looking for parking near Gatwick airport.

Hotel was good and we were welcomed on arrival. great location for Gatwick airport. I managed to leave my watch in the room.. It had fallen between the side cabinet and the bed. Our host Satti, found it for me and posted to my home. Really grateful.

The friendly owner met us outside on the grounds and showed us to our room. She shared details of the house’s history noting that Queen Elizabeth I would stop and water her horses on the grounds. We loved the Tudor style of the house which is being renovated to reflect its past.

Rooms are nice, comfy beds excellent location for overnight stay if your are using Gatwick airport. (Ample parking) I have stayed here previously and will book again. Great Indian themed Pub across the road and great customer service from the staff.
