「Perfect location. Beautiful beach!」

「There were six of use staying in two were. Apartment type room with sofa sleeper. The rooms could use some care. There were only two bath towels and when I asked for more, attendant gave me two from an other room but said all the rest were dirty. After a hot day at baseball game, we had to share towels and shampoo and conditioner was empty in shower and hand soap was in shower for body soap. Thankfully I travel with a small amount and we made it work. The beds are listed as queens but are full...

「Just a few feet from the lake. Good location in Traverse City. The room doors do not close easily, need a good push to shut the door. Breakfast choices were adequate.」

「The room was filthy, it smelled liked a smokers room and mold combined. The first room we were given still had food trash on the ground, and the drain would drain in the shower. The second room we were given still had food and crumbs on the ground, and around the beds. There was a pair of underwear between the mattress and wall, somebodies vape and a face mask. There were dust bunnies piled up under all the furniture, and if you put food in your fridge and turned the lights out to go to sleep...

「Pictures did not represent the cabin WE got. Pictures were of the new cabins but half the cabins are older and smaller cabins. They were clean but the pics should reflect the whole property not just the newer nice ones. Would not stay here again. Expensive for a 50s tiny cabin.」

「Great water facing locatiom close to the docks, main Street shops and restaurants. Facility also has a couple to fire pits and lounge chair seating in front of the property. They also have a bike rental right outside the property.」

「The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.」

「Everything was clean, but it didn't always look it because there were drops or chips of paint from the recent renovating, which maybe wasn't fully professionally done. The hatred parking was nice, as was the courtyard. The location was convenient, walking distance to a few shops/ restaurants and a quick bike to downtown or Mexicantown. It was a disappointment that there wasn't any way to heat up water for tea (no microwave, etc.) I could request hot water in my travel mug from the staff...

「Everything was very well maintained and the rooms were newly renovated. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. Daughter loved the four pool and the beach and husband loved the golf courses.」
